MQ2DPSAdv - Naming collision / limit history / Cleanup
- Fix naming collision where a non-PC having the same name as a PC would crash
- Adds History Limit to reduce issues with long runtimes
- Hopefully fixes an issue where empty sections would end up in your ini
- Minor Cleanup where I noticed (else after return, unused vars, implicit conversions)
- Change capitalization
- Add README placeholder
