SSH Password security
I'm currently using the latest 9.2 beta on a Raspberry Pi 5 (4gb) My goal is to secure it's remote SSH&SFTP access as it's using default, known credentials.
I'm able to TEMPORARILY change the root password using the commands listed on this page, however they do not persist when the PI is restarted. https://wiki.recalbox.com/en/tutorials/system/access/root-access-terminal-cli
Is there a way I can make sure that the password change persists through a reboot or power cycle? Optionally, would it be be possible to implement a feature to allow for SSH-RSA Key based access, restricting ssh using password altogether?
