4K TV - Daphne/Singe games video runs very slowly

    Tested configurations:

    • RPi4b 8Gb recalboxOS 9.1-Pulstar fresh install
    • HDMI directly connected to a 4K TV
    • Official RPi power supply
    • 16Gb SanDisk SD Card
    • With USB3 1Tb SSD or without external storage
    • Heat dissipation case (passive version): https://wiki.geekworm.com/index.php/Armor_Case_B
    • RJ45 connected/Wired pad

    Behavior: When I launch a Daphne/Singe/Singe 2 game (Space Ace/Crime Patrol/Crime Patrol HD), pad inputs are reactive and sounds are synchronized with pad inputs. However, video runs very slowly: https://youtu.be/tkmmLyyFsXc

    Expected behavior: When I launch a Daphne/Singe/Singe 2 game (Space Ace/Crime Patrol/Crime Patrol HD), pad inputs are reactive and sounds are synchronized with pad input and video.

      Behavior not reproduced on following configuration:

      • PC recalboxOS 9.1-Pulstar x86_64 fresh install
      • HDMI directly connected to a 4K TV
      • 32Gb SanDisk USB Stick or 256Gb Kingston Nvme .M2 SSD (for recalboxOS)
      • With USB3 1Tb SSD or without external storage (for roms)
      • RJ45 connected/Wired pad
