Gamelist does not update correctly: deleted games are still shown

As described in this post: https://forum.recalbox.com/topic/21952/game-list-visibility-after-delete-roms

In a clean installation, without modifications, adding games, deleting them and updating the list of games by ES, makes it appear that the list has been updated correctly. But, when restarting, the game is still shown on the gamelist. With the option of gamelist only enabled, repeating the process, the game in question disappears, but, after redoing the procedure, the next deleted game will have the same problem (the option of gamelist only enabled or disabled generates the bug anyway. Changing sometimes it gives the impression that the bug was fixed - but it was not). To reproduce the error, just add some games in a clean install (gamelist only disabled), delete a ROM, update the game list, and restart. The error happens randomly after restarting, but the percentage of times it happens is higher than the percentage of times it doesn't.
