Update emulationstation2.po for russian translation.

Current russian traslation is awful, it's impossible to use it.

The updated one https://poeditor.com/projects/po_edit?order=&filter=&id=71139&id_language=134 exists for about a year now, but never made to the official builds. Maybe it's time fix this issue?
