Resolve "Use wpa_supplicant / dhcpcd instead of ConnMan as network manager"

Changes the /recalbox/scripts/recalbox-config.sh to provide only 'wifi enable', 'wifi disable', and 'wifi list'. No longer accepts SSID and password -- these are read from the recalbox.conf file by /etc/init.d/S09wifi.
