Use /tmp for temporary files

Thomas Lorblanchès requested to merge Zlika1/recalbox-emulationstation:recalbox_conf_tmp_file into master

Recalbox.conf.tmp is a temporary file, so it should be created in /tmp. Using /tmp (which is mounted as tmpfs) will also be quicker and will avoid wasting write cycles on the SD card.
