Fast toggle favorite view

GameList updated to:

• Let Favorite games at their place in the list (to be available through jump / sort features)
• Use [select] to handle a fast toggle between the Favorite only and All Games views
• Use [start] to handle options menu _ Use L1 / R1 to jump to previous / next letter
• Use L2 / R2 to jump +/- 10 games

Fix JumpToLetter when having folders in the list
