May 2023 maintenance

Summary

This is the May 2023 maintenance update. It removes deprecated base images (flavors) and adds new ones

Changes

• Remove Node v14 bullseye and alpine variants base images
• Remove Ubuntu bionic base images
• Remove Alpine 3.14 base images
• Add new Alpine 3.18 base images
• Add Debian bookworm base images with experimental label (bookworm will be officially released in June 2023) (removed as did not even pass sanity checks - will wait for official release)
• Add Node v20 bullseye and alpine variants base images
• Add deprecation notice to Node v19 base images and variants (will be built after 2023-06-01)
• Fix: lunar base image was using ubuntu:kinetic as base image
• Explicit add license environment variables in Containerfiles
