2023b proto conversion

Converted proto files needed for worlds to be compatible with Webots 2023b.

Note: I have hard-coded the curved wall geometry to be a half-tile size, instead of scaling, since I cannot find an easy way to do so anymore. If curved tiles can be scaled (e.g. not always half-tile size), PLEASE FIX!
