Arrange and Sort Icons on Desktop

Implemented Icon sort by Name, Modified-Date, size, kind. Implemented Clean Up, so that all Icons are bunched together at the preferred corner. Clean up is logical, ordered by the original x,y positions on the grid prior to sort.

Changed preferences so that not only Volumes are added to the opposite corner but all special files, including Home, Trash will initially be added to the opposite side.

If the opposite side is selected in preferences, these special files will not be affected by the sort functionality. They will retain positions during all sorts. They can be dragged to any new position and will still maintain that position on all subsequent sort or clean up actions. This makes sense, specially for the Trash Icon that should probably stay in one position for consistent access. This also makes sense for Drive/Network Drives/Home Folder as well. They can be dragged to the start corner as well and will always maintain position there on subsequent sorts.
