Transcript jumps not working on certain browsers

Since implementing transcripts, it was noticed that users with blink based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave,etc.) cannot easily jump to specific parts of the podcast based on the transcripts provided. All testing occurred on podverse and a possible route to investigate was suggested as well by the podverse dev.
