Bonus experience and leadership stars.

Kyogokudo requested to merge Kyogokudo/lt-maker:bexp into master
  • Added the bonus experience system from Tellius games in the base.
  • Added Thracia 776 leadership stars ( +3 hit/avoid for every star in the party).
  • Both are activated from the constants editor and Radiant Dawn's 3 points BEXP level-up is available.
  • Leadership stars require a LEAD stat and LEAD_HIT / LEAD_AVOID in equations.
  • give_bexp supports Python expressions.
