OICS-688 - Second Delivery of FVP

I moved all core tests from Conformance Suite, and created a respective one for FVP considering the requirements from FVP.

Also, addressed a change on the AbstractOpinGetConsentAndResourceEndpoint where it used to verify the consents regex considering "consents/v1". However, this was updated in the directory, and the consents family type now contains all endpoints published, with the base one being "consents/v1/consents"

Executed all tests considering using configuration from FVP:

fvp-customer-data_test-plan-private_key_jwt-by_value-plain_response-udtgsdmov5K91-26-May-2024.zip
