Combo Asura Not proccing if Target is too Far away (even if you get chain + finish off)

Expected results
Combo Asura goes off regardless how far away someone walked if they initially got hit by triple + chain + finish combo.

https://youtu.be/IGmDugwEqnQ?t=75 In this video the monk combo'd asura'd someone when they were about 8 cells away, he hit the initial triple with long mace at max range (4) was still able to follow through the combo.

The maker of the video even commented to a question asked:
This is actually a huge nerf to monks as in woe they are forced to maximize for which means they have to wear conq set + cursed emerald + wanderer sakket for ASPD to get their combo asuras off before a target can walk away instead of having the option to wearing a guild set and still reliably getting their combo asura off. This puts the entry requirement for a woe monk to be massively higher than other classes that can utlize woe sets.
