Minor fix (Dutch language)

A couple of minor fixes.

Noticed that it said "added this to bookmarks" instead of "add this to bookmarks" when I was using it yesterday. Don't know how it flew by.

And the "Licenses" changed to "Licences" since UK English is the de-facto standardised form used here most frequently.
