update(sledgehammer): Add Alma 8.10 and 9.4 based Sledgehammer profiles

Somewhere along the way, the Grub bootloader for our Alma 8.6 based Sledgehammer was blacklisted. If you boot into a later Redhat derivative than 8.6 or 9.1 with secure boot enabled, that may result in an entry being added to the EFI firmware that blacklists the grubx64.efi binary used by the Alma 8.6 bootloader in secure boot mode.

There is no workaround for this that does not wind up comprimising the integrity of the secure boot process, so we need updated versions of Sledgehammer that contain the most current set of secure boot compatible bootloaders.
