Enhances the Dell DSU firmware/flash Param input to be flexible based on DSU_23.09.10 or the originally supported value of 23.10.09.

Dell organizes their repo mirror with directory names like DSU_23.09.10. The tooling used to force prepend DSU_. This enhancement allows the DSU_ prefix to be provided in the param list of values, or not. Since the directory names contain the DSU_ prefix, operators would add that, but it was being transformed to DSU_DSU_23.10.09.
