feat(esxi8): Add basic ESXi 8 kickstart, no DRP integration

Adds basic BootEnv and boot.cfg for ESXi8 install, with modified Kickstart. Does not include any frills to change DRP Machine object state in %post. Machine state will appear "stuck" in the BootEnv install install; however, ESXi8 should be deployed successfully.

Most of the kickstart is standardized RackN implementation pulled back together into a single kickstart template.

Staging this on provision-content for further refinement and completion; at which point it might be directly integrated back in to the vmware plugin.
