v0.1.29-rabid-beta16
Release: Rabid XBT DATUM v0.1.29-rabid-beta16 — wallet import works on pruned nodes3e1b180e · ·Rabid XBT DATUM 0.1.29 beta16 Source for gateway build 3e1b180e91c2 (Windows, Linux and Umbrel). Binaries report 0.1.29. Fixed: - Wallet Import failed on a pruned node (the default install, including Umbrel) with "Rescan failed ... error reading a block". Bitcoin Core rescans from 2 hours BEFORE the timestamp it is given; we passed the oldest block the pruned node still had, so it reached for blocks that were deleted. The timestamp now starts after that lookback, and the repeated per-descriptor error collapses into one plain message. Proven on a pruned regtest node. Built from branch rabid/gateway-dashboard. AGPL-3.0.

v0.1.29-rabid-beta15
Release: Rabid XBT DATUM v0.1.29-rabid-beta15 — wallet tab, quieter sync26f24f40 · ·Rabid XBT DATUM 0.1.29 beta15 Source for gateway build 26f24f40efbf (the r10 build now on Windows, Linux and Umbrel). Binaries report 0.1.29. New since beta14: - Wallet tab in the gateway dashboard: balance, incoming/pending/immature rewards with a blocks-to-unlock countdown, receive addresses, Send (spending password, review before broadcast), Import an XBT node wallet, Back up. The first spending password rotates the wallet's seed inside Knots, so setting it shows a fresh full backup. - Quiet sync: an initial-sync node no longer floods the log with errors. - Dashboard knows Umbrel: update and rental-port help match the platform. - Umbrel: calm startup while the node syncs, wallet tab enabled on upgrade, spending-password gate tied to the Umbrel app password. - Linux installer: 'rabid-xbt wallet' works, the Wallet tab is enabled for installer-made wallets, and the published checksum matches the script. (SOLO best-share now records each share's achieved difficulty on the pool side.) Built from branch rabid/gateway-dashboard. AGPL-3.0.

v0.1.29-rabid-beta6
Release: Rabid XBT DATUM v0.1.29-rabid-beta62e437b29 · ·Rabid XBT DATUM v0.1.29-rabid-beta6 Fixes PPLNS mining, which was broken in every release that shipped the PPLNS/SOLO switch. beta3, beta4 and beta5 all required the pool's signed config to carry a specific coinbase tag before they would mine PPLNS ("Rabid XBT DATUM" in beta3, "Rabid Pool" in beta4 and beta5). The live PPLNS prime signs no coinbase tag at all, so those builds raised a fatal mode mismatch on every session, hung up about a second after a successful handshake and retried forever. A node on beta3 was measured reconnecting 632 times in 24 hours without ever requesting a coinbase. PPLNS now pins no tag expectation. The endpoint and the signing pubkey already prove which prime answered, so the tag added no security, only fragility. SOLO still pins "Rabid Pool SOLO", where the tag is a real guard that a solo-configured gateway has not landed on the PPLNS prime and had its blocks shared into the window instead of paying its payee. Upgrade is required for anyone on beta3, beta4 or beta5. beta1 predates the switch and was never affected. SOLO is now served: the solo prime is live on port 28926. -
