With iTunes already installed, connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. In the top left of the window, click the device icon. Navigate to `Settings > File Sharing` and then select `Apps > Quotemarks`. To retrieve a backup select the `Backups` folder and click "Save to..." or drag and drop. To restore a backup click "Add..." to drag and drop. Make sure that your backups are contained within a folder named `Backups`. If you are missing a `Backups` folder, create one.
