Hardware push-to-talk buttons & base implementation of SOS/Emergency buttons

Added functionality of generic and OEM hardware push-to-talk buttons, as well as base implementation of SOS/Emergency buttons.

I would have completed the implementation, however it seems that "HumlaService" is missing from this code base?

Also ignore the pipeline changes, they were giving me some hard time so I removed my changes...
