Operations - Adjust pulse info and acq info definitions to take class name

Explanation of changes

Small refactor MR to align the way pulse_info and acquisition_info is populated.

Next to that moving an private method to internal function.

Motivation of changes

Some pulses already use the dynamic (i.e. via class name) and more brief way of populating pulse_info, this aligns the remainder to do so too.
