Fixes a bug when the waveform uploaded via csv needs floats instead.

Critical bug for the Zhinst backend which requires floats for the csv waveforms instead of int16 (required by zhinst-toolkit.helpers.Waveform class). This caused waveforms to be clipped and weird behaviours of the pulse shapes.
