Add documentation on Sweepable gate parameters with the warning note

Explanation of changes

Summary

This MR updates the documentation to mention the fact that parameters can be swept inside the gate (related to device overrides, see related !1039 (merged)) and how to find those parameters. It also includes an example for retrieving these parameters using the public API. The example is only for BasicTransmonElement as of now. More importantly we have added a warning to notify the users of the risk of sweeping parameters that are not in the supported parameters.
