feat: make pulse compensation not to run out of waveform memory

Explanation of changes

Decrease PULSE_STITCHING_DURATIONto trigger stitching of the square pulses responsible for the pulse compensation to a long square pulse. The respective tests are modified to reflect the change in the assembly layer.

Motivation of changes

The reason of this change is to save up memory during execution of pulse compensation. It is identified that when a lot of short compensating pulses are stored, the system runs out of waveform memory.
