Fix qblox test: replace bad_ip with bad_ip.test

Explanation of changes

Replaced the "bad_ip" check for connecting to a cluster with a bad IP address with "bad_ip.test".

This is because some routers host a DNS server that can optionally add a suffix to the requested domain name. For example in an organization.

However, ".test" is reserved as a domain that should never be registered. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.test

Test will fail unnecessarily.
