Data acquisition: remove reshaping from schedule gettable

Explanation of changes

Removes process_acquired_data function from ScheduleGettable according to quantify-core#376 (closed)

Actually not removed, but moved to the legacy support mode.

Motivation of changes

Propagates dataset v2 to measurement control by unifying DS which the Instrument Coordinator return with DS returned by ScheduleGettable
