Docs/general fixes

After reading in on the documentation I have found some things that could be improved upon.

• refactor(docs): Change Gettable and Settable interface description section
• fix(docs): Add consistant usage of Gettable and Settable concepts in tutorials
• fix(docs): Replace legacy term AQM with QRM (Q Readout Module)
• chore(requirements): Add development requirement sphinx-autobuild
