add WeightedThresholdedAcquisitoin protocol to Quantify Core

Explanation of changes

Added WeightedThresholdedAcquisition to the acquisition protocol checks in \quantify_core\measurement\control.py.

Motivation of changes

This is required for quantify-core to be compatible with the MR !1193 of quantify-scheduler.
