fix xarray dimension mismatch in tutorial

Explanation of changes

Something changed and Tutorial 3 doesn't run in the pipeline anymore. Problem seems to lie in the lines:

np.linspace(dataset["x0"][0], dataset["x0"][-1], 1000)

using .values seems to fix this:

np.linspace(dataset["x0"][0].values, dataset["x0"][-1].values, 1000)
