Remove gg mechanism from saturation rule
Remove legacy feature that was never used. Resulted in parts of arrays not being correctly initialized, resulting in garbage/NaNs in some cases with fort/12 -O1 when sepflux == True.
Relates to #40 (closed) and maybe #48 and #46 (closed)
