The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. We are introducing three breaking change windows during which we expect breaking changes to be deployed to GitLab.com. You can read more about it on our blogpost. R0 is an unnecessary input parameter.
All traces of R0 has been obliterated from QuaLiKiz, and replaced with Ro where relevant (in saturation rule).
Only the jetto_par03 reference test needed to be updated, since that was the only one with R0 != Ro. Flux modifications are very minor.
