This introduces inhibition of the OSX Screen Saver. Based on the
UpdateSystemActivity() function from CoreServices Framework, we simulate
user activity ('UsrActivity' in OSX land) that corresponds to keyboard,
mouse, etc., every 30 seconds as suggested by QA1160 from Apple.
