Add option "Hide Login button"
Hi!
I want to hide the "Sign in with Azure AD" button from wp-login.php.
The reason is that I use another page to direct people to either Azure SSO or Wordpress login; so I don't want to confuse users if they select Wordpress login.
So I created a simple option, disable by default, for this :)
