VPS does not boots with CPU Model QEMU64 or KVM64

qemu64 and kvm64 are pretty old CPU types. RHEL9, and thus I assume AlmaLinux 9, too, requires a CPU type that is compatible with the "x86-64-v2" level of the ISA, and both, qemu64 and kvm64 do not suffice that level anymore. Thus please try to use "-cpu max" when running AlmaLinux 9 guests.
