Fix GitLab packaging issues

This should hopefully fix #35 (closed) but I have to admit I am not 100% confident.

I won't be publishing a new release as GitLab CI/CD workflow was the only thing broken, so this time there's truly actually no rush at all.

From what I gather, the reason the publishing steps worked differently on the jsnow and origin repositories is due to a stale container image that was not being updated on either repository. With luck, this truly actually fixes that.
