Without this patch, openSUSE's qemu 8.1.0 package always varied between builds.
This patch was done while working on reproducible builds for openSUSE.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
