Draft : NCO Propagation Delay Doc String Changes

Following changes are introduced in this MR:

  • Elaboration of the doc string of sequencer.nco_prop_delay_comp_en and sequnecer.nco_prop_delay_comp based on the feedback from customers.
  • The documentation of the aforementioned parameters is confined to readout modules (QRM) and (QRM-RF)
