Make the necessary changes on the qblox_instruments side to use json objects in the methods get_sequencer_config and set_sequencer_config

Some extra glue was necessary on the python side, but we do have a more comprehensive way of storing the sequencer information now. Tests are passing. See MRs with the same name on dflow and pulsar_src
