Added, goto next and previous breakpoint and remove all, issue 1690

Added, goto next (Ctrl+.) and previous (Ctrl+,) breakpoint and remove all breakpoints in the current file (Ctrl+Shift+f9)

as mentioned in #4750 (closed) and closes #1690 (closed)
