Enchancement for tileset sorting

Simple fix for issue https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/34783. "Natural no case" comparison should be used to sort the tiles.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
