Improve the Video RAM debugger UX

  • Refresh the tab automatically when switching to it.
  • Disable the Refresh button if no project is currently being debugged.
  • Scale the column widths on hiDPI displays.
  • Rename the tab from "Video Mem" to "Video RAM" for consistency.
