Resolve "Member "ruhend" (temporarily deactivated) option"

This Merge Request is based on !31 (merged) and should only be merged afterwards.

This MR also makes the defunct fields in the search work.

I do not know how to tell the Pipeline to redo the database and use the new field Member.is_active, which is why it's failing right now.
