Add file extensions/.nosearch

This keeps normal-top-level-add-subdirs-to-load-path from adding extensions/ to the load-path, which helps users who are not aware that python-mode bundles third-party libraries and might end up loading these potentially outdated version instead of the up-to-date versions they have also installed.
