Updated tests and a proposed fix for #149 (closed).

The first commit updates the tests to reproduce the problem. The second commit is a proposed fix that I haven't tested beyond this specific issue. The third commit removes some debug output and fixes two unrelated tests that started failing because the change in the syntax table left point in a different place after a call to font-lock-fontify-region.
