pstree: support user-defined formatting args

The referenced commit initiatory accomplish issue #30. support more process information via --format the option usage: -F 'stateppid' start with '$',Indicates which needs to be displayed.via: state, ppid, session, processor, policy, priority, nice, utime, stime, blkio,etc... (Currently only supported these)
