added story filtering by favorites

I added the ability to filter stories by minimum and maximum favorites.

Sidenote: this is the first time, that I have worked with ruby. So please verify, if this is of any value whatsoever. I did get it to work, at least until i actually performed a search, since i don't have your elasticsearch index config. Although the outgoing request to elasticsearch looked good to me. (see attached network trace)
