Improve responsiveness of FlowEditor on touch devices

  • Move toolbox to bottom of screen for "portrait" screens and allow to hide it.
  • Fix handling of touch devices.
  • Fix compatibility with iOS's safari.
  • Disable pull-to-refresh (although it doesn't work on Firefox for Android).
