ps: add times & cputimes format specifiers: cumulative CPU time in seconds

These format specifiers are to time & cputime what etimes is to etime.

I thought that macro_array should not be updated, but I may have misunderstood its purpose.

Last, I'm not 100% sure which VENDOR to choose in format_array, I thought linux was probably the best candidate.
